We cover the South East of England, Gatwick & Heathrow Airport, London and surrounding areas. Please call, text or email to check if we cover your area.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
We charge per car. Meet and Greet at Airports is £8 extra per car.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
Please check on the Book now page while booking. Please call, text or email if unsure.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
We will email your booking confirmation within 12hrs. Please call, text or email if you would like your confirmation earlier.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
Drivers details will be available when your driver is on route. Please call or text if you are unable to locate your driver.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
95% of your fare is refunded if you can cancel your booking 12hrs before your journey time. Please call, text or email if you wish to cancel.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
We do not charge extra if the flight is delayed. After flight lands 1hr complimentary waiting time is included in your fare for any airport or sea port bookings. After 1hr customer will be required to pay driver for any extra waiting time. Extra waiting charges 15mins = £5 and so on. We monitor your flight / Cruise.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
Please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply.
Q: What does the price include?
Our price include specified journey at the time of booking. 1hr waiting time is included for airport & sea port pickup. 15mins waiting time for any other pickups. Any extra waiting is charged at £5 for every 15mins.
Q: How early do I need to book?
All online booking must be completed 24hrs before journey starts. Please call or text for any booking within 24hrs of journey start time.
